The VEO Cam and analytics platform provides objective performance data. This technology empowers coaches with data-driven insights and allows players to visually analyze gameplay, accelerating tactical understanding and skill development to meet modern athletic standards.

Finalize uniform designs and sizing, obtain competitive quotes from suppliers, and procure the VEO Cam 3 hardware and analytics platform subscription.
Phase 2: Oct - Dec 2025
Implementation & Distribution
Distribute new uniform bundles to all 70+ players and fully integrate the VEO system into coaching routines, including staff training and game recording protocols.
Phase 3: 2026 & Beyond
Ongoing Integration & Impact
Continuously leverage analytics for player development pathways, manage annual procurement for new players, and measure the long-term impact of the program enhancements.
