Who We Are
Neighborhood Football Club (NFC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in its 8th year of operation, dedicated to providing subsidized club-level soccer programs to underserved communities in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Our Growth
From 12 children in 2018 to over 70 children currently served across two boys' teams and one girls' team. Our program is sustained by community support, donations, and gifts.
Serving youth from Susquehanna, Lower Paxton, Harrisburg, Penbrook, Swatara, Middletown, Hershey.
Our Project Goals
Equitable Team Uniforms
Providing comprehensive uniform bundles (jerseys, shorts, warmups) to foster belonging and alleviate financial burdens.
Advanced Sports Analytics
Implementing VEO Cam + Analytics for objective performance data and tactical insights to enhance player development.
Subsidized Training Access
Ensuring all registered youth receive high-quality soccer training regardless of financial need, with need-based scholarships.
Mentorship & Life Skills
Coaches serve as mentors, guiding youth on goal setting, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
Safe Haven & After-School
Providing a secure, structured environment for social skill development, self-esteem, and active engagement.
Job Creation & Training
Creating two part-time administrative assistant positions and two part-time coaching positions, offering employment and professional development.
